Your core responsibilities will involve assisting with all areas of law covered by the family law department, including: divorce, dissolution of civil partnerships, cohabitation; pre- and post- nuptial agreements; high net worth finance and property; and arrangements for children.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
Working within this collaborative and collegiate team it is essential that you are a confident and motivated self-starter with a high degree of competency in oral and written advocacy. This is a client facing role and so it is essential that you have strong interpersonal skills and solid client management ability, and an interest in ongoing business development.
